In accordance with the State Council of Machinists Bylaws, this notice of the yearly meeting of the Alabama State Council of Machinists on Saturday, October 20, 2012 through Sunday 21, 2012.

The convention will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott located at 2620 Legends Circle in Prattville, Alabama. The convention will convene at 9:00am on Saturday, October 20, 2012 and will adjourn after all business on Sunday, October 21, 2012.

·        The Executive Board will meet at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 19, 2012. Location to be announced.

·        Registration for the convention will begin Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 8:00 a.m.

·        There will be Family Breakfast Buffet on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at 8:00 a.m.
